Movoice AI provides an AI-powered voice agent platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage automated voice agents for customer interactions, appointment booking, lead qualification, and other business communications.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Make fraudulent, harassing, or spam calls
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

5. Telephony Compliance

When using our voice calling features, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Obtain proper consent before making automated calls
• Honor do-not-call requests promptly
• Disclose that callers are interacting with an AI when required
• Not engage in robocalling or telefunding without proper authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Movoice AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Usage-based charges (calls, API usage) are billed monthly

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (Twilio, Google, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVOICE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Movoice AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
